Credit: Pine Village Spanish Immersion Preschool
Pine Village is a full immersion language preschool. The Needham location has two large rooms for 3-5 year olds and an open and airy toddler space for children aged 18 months – 2 years. Children will enjoy walks along the Charles River Walk and outdoor time on the school’s playground.
The educators speak in Spanish throughout the entire day. Children are not required to respond in Spanish and teachers will speak in English as needed to ensure all children feel supported and nurtured. The children’s ability to accept and understand Spanish comes as they progress through the program.
Mission
The school’s mission is to educate and nurture each child’s individuality within a culturally diverse, bilingual community so that every child develops a true passion for learning and an ability to engage in any environment and community.
School Year
The schedule follows a typical school year, from September to June. Two four-week summer sessions in July and August are offered.
Hours
An early 7:30am drop off is available at the Needham location for an additional fee. There are two pick-up times: 3:30pm or 6:00pm.
