The Ann Pappajohn Vassiliou Child Study Center at Pine Manor College is a preschool for children aged 2 years and 9 months through Kindergarten. Founded in 1974, the Child Study Center provides high-quality education. Children benefit from interaction with and care from college students majoring in Early Childhood Education.
Curriculum
The comprehensive curriculum focuses on nurturing young children and exposing them to a variety of materials to expand their knowledge. Past field trips have included apple picking, visits to the zoo and the Boston Nature Center.
Program
The program is licensed by the Commonwealth’s Department of Early Education and Care. The Center offers both full-time and part-time schedules from September through June as well as a summer program. The flexible program allows for drop off from 7:30am – 9:00am and offers enrollment in 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 days per week.
