Detailed Information

Camp Chickami, founded in 1955, inspires kids aged 6-15 with opportunities to laugh and develop lasting friendships during a traditional outdoor day camp in Wayland

Campers are split into groups by age and dedicated staff oversee subdivided units to ensure campers have an energetic, creative and amazing summer experience. The younger campers spend time in co-ed programs. Older kids, aged 8+ are grouped into girls units and boys units, then further divided by age.

Activities

With guidance from trained counselors and activity specialists, campers engage in new experiences, hone their individual skills and embrace their creativity. There is a plethora of activity choices, including flag football and wiffle ball leagues, nature exploration, arts & crafts, archery, ropes challenge courses, and swimming, among many others.

Kids also enjoy four days of swim lessons, swim tests and optional free swim time.
