Einstein’s Workshop in North Andover offers a summer STEM program for kids in grades 1-6. The camp offers robotics, coding, making and inventing, and game learning. During the two week camp, students learn through guided lessons and personal exploration designed to encourage education, personal growth and curiosity.
Philosophy
Einstein’s Workshop operates under the philosophy that children should enjoy their learning. The summer program balances the time that kids are learning, exploring, being creative and playing. Social learning is very important and students are encouraged to forge friendships and community building.
Schedule and Extended Hours
Only full day sessions are offered at the North Andover location. Each day will have a morning and afternoon session with a one hour break for lunch and free play. Students learn best when they have an opportunity to work with their hands and move around so even computer heavy weeks include time for students to get up and move around.
An extend afternoon option until 6:00pm is available for an additional daily fee.
Discounts
Families may receive a discounted rate for early registration. A sibling discount is also offered when two or more children from the same family are registered for camp.
Staff
The teaching staff is comprised of year-round educators at Einstein’s Workshop or local schools and college students learning or working in STEM fields. The camp maintains a 6:1 student to teacher/TA ratio.
