Detailed Information

The one week co-ed Celtics Camp for kids aged 9-11 teaches basketball fundamentals. Instructors take a holistic approach to help each camper develop morality and character rather than a sole focus on winning. Players at all levels will improve their skills both on and off the basketball court. They develop integrity, self-discipline, perseverance and personal responsibility.

Players are exposed to a combination of game situation drills that further improves their physical and mental game. Kids will practice team offense and defense, running the court and ball sharing. Each day, a guest lecturer will talk to the kids about how to play the game like a Boston Celtic. Past lecturers include Dana Barros, Brad Stevens, and Walter McCarty.

Coaches and Staff

The staff is comprised of professional educators, local high school and college coaches, and guest lecturers. Together they provide a structured learning experience for each player.
