The MJ O’Malley Tae Kwon Do school offers classes for men, women and children at all levels. Students can select from various classes offered throughout the week to tailor their training based on their ability and schedule. The school is experienced in introducing children as young as 4 years old to martial arts in a safe, nurturing and fun environment.
All new members will receive private lessons for the first two weeks prior to entering the beginner group class. Group classes are designed to teach practical martial arts training along with leadership skills. The school is open 6 days a week and offers more than 30 classes, including beginner, intermediate and advanced, as well as children’s classes.
