Our machine has gone on the fritz. It starts, then stops after about 30 seconds. The unit is filled with water. YouTube showed us how to check for junk clogging the pipe and empty it. That wasn't the problem, it was completely clean. It was filled with water but no junk. We emptied the water, the machine will start, oscillate, then stop. Again, filled with water. The first two places we called didn't answer. The next two aren't available for 2 weeks! Just to stop by for an initial evaluation. Maybe the job isn't big enough for them to bother. Any and all ideas welcome! We live in Newton Highlands. Thanks.

We had the same issue calling around nobody had availability for a couple weeks. Their staff was low. American Appliance I think they're in Waltham responded quickly to us (Newton) maybe give them a call. 781.893.8296
