ISO - Hi all, we're going to list our house in the next few weeks. Can you please recommend a good attorney for the sale? It should be a straight forward process, standard agreement, filing. Thanks!! - Julie

Yes to Scafidi Juliano. We worked closely with Matt on a recent purchase. The entire process was perfect. We plan to go back to the firm once we find a 2nd hm on the cape, which has proven to be a long long search process. -JL

Check with Gilmore Rees. Not sure if office location is important to you but I'd also recommend you call on Canner Law (Needham). Find a good personality fit. The rest is fairly standard.
