My 6mo has is up all night and the days are not great. her teeth are coming in and seems miserable. Do you give tylenol at this age? We've tried lots of cold things, which only seem to work while she's sucking on them.

I know you said you have tried the cold, but just in case it's helpful, this is what we used: baby fruit feeder.  Our daughter ended up preferring to just gnaw on it without frozen fruit, but our nephew really liked the fruit inside.

The other thing that seemed to help was a warm rag.  I don't remember using Tylenol, but if her teething had been worse, I would've felt fine using it at 6 months.

Good luck.

We went the cold route - cold bagels for gnawing, frozen cloths, frozen strawberries. Tylenol seems fine for a 6 month old.

I agree with the prior response, try some motrin. Your pediatrician can advise on the right amount and how often.

Hang in there! All these milestones are a lot of work, but they're still precious milestones. Good luck with your little teether!
